The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 289 of 2018 for the offense under Sections 30(A) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named,be enlarged on bail after 21.3.2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan cum Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S.
