JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The statement of victim was recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which, she stated that while she was at her home, the petitioner proposed before her for leaving her home and after that, she went along with the petitioner but subsequently, she was dropped by the petitioner at her home.

No doubt, the victim was minor at the time of alleged occurrence but the statement of victim goes to show that there was sweet relation between the petitioner and the victim. Moreover, the petitioner is in jail custody since 27-03-2016 and the

No.25796 of 2016 (3) dt.04-07-2016 2/2 investigation against him has already been completed Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri S. Oraon, learned Additional Chief Judicial -III, Begusarai.
