2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order 10.01.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 84466 of 2023 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the charge has already been framed against the petitioner on 16.03.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that this aspect must be taken

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25653 of 2024(3) dt.03-07-2024 2/3 into consideration that the antecedent of the petitioner is not clean as he is accused in 10 more criminal cases.

6. In the facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 6 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of ₹30000/- (thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 228/2023, lodged on 17.05.2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. It is made clear that the trial Court shall release the petitioner on bail only on being satisfied that the petitioner is not absconding in any of the cases, as mentioned in paragraph 3 of the bail application as under :- (I) Chiraiya P.S.
