The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 268 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The specific allegation against the wife of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77154 of 2018(3) dt.11-02-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S.
