JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation, levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 155 of 2014 stands rejected on the grounds, mentioned in my previous order dated 08-12-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37117 of 2015.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
