JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2023 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of writ in the nature of directing the respondent authorities to promote the petitioner to the post of Lecturer (Senior Grade Pay) from the date of 31.07.2008 under career advancement scheme of A.I.C.T.E. (All India Council of Technical Education), the letter for which has been issued by the Science and Technology Department itself vide letter No.- 1180 dated 16.05.2011.

For issuance of writ in the nature of commanding the respondent authorities to give the differential amount of payment accrued due to the difference in salary between 31.07.2008 to 30.06.2011 (date of superannuation of the petitioner) on virtue of not giving promotion to the petitioner to the post of Lecturer (Senior Grade Pay) from the date of 31.07.2008.

(iii). For Issuance of writ in the nature of commanding the respondent authorities to give the differential amount of pension accrued due to the difference in pension from 01.07.2011 till disposal of this writ petition on virtue of not giving promotion to the petitioner to the post of Lecturer (Senior Grade Pay) from the date of 31.07.2008. (iv) For issuance of writ in the nature of commanding the respondent authorities to give the differential amount of Gratuity and leave encashment (of three hundred days) accrued on virtue of not giving promotion to the petitioner to the post of Lecturer (Senior Grade Pay) from the date of 31.07.2008.

(v). For issuance of writ in the nature of commanding the respondent authorities to give the differential amount of Commuted pension accrued on virtue of not giving promotion to the petitioner

(vi) For issuance of writ in the nature of commanding the respondent authorities to give the petitioner interest on the differential amount of accrued salary, pension, gratuity, commuted pension and leave encashment not given to the petitioner as he was not promoted to the post of Lecture (Senior Grade Pay) from the date of 31.7.2008."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
