The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bihariganj P.S. Case No.172 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 427, 353, 295 and 295A of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22811 of 2017 (2) dt.05-06-2017 the case, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pradip Kumar Choudhary, J.M.-1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.172 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (S. Kumar, J) Arvind/- U T
