2. Petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2016 in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act.

3. The accusation is of recovery of one country made pistol and two live cartridges.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics and has also got no criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
