The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of liquor is alleged from the house of Lal Bihari Singh, in possession of tenant Pawan Sharma. Submission is that the petitioners have got no concern with the said liquor. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21597 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019 with following conditions :

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation / trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners. (Birendra Kumar, J) sanjeev/- U T
