The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 97 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2023 and there is recovery of 65.400 liters of Nepali country made liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
