Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49271 of 2015 (2) dt.16-10-2015 and the State.
The petitioners being the parents and brother of the husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the parents and brother of the husband of the informant and thrust of accusation is against husband of the informant. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in connection with Mahila P.S.
