Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B) and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

1 Kilogram and 650 Gram Ganja was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2016.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

After hearing the parties and considering the seriousness of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54486 of 2016 (5) dt.25-04-2017 Alamnagar P.S. Case No.113 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, District-Madhepura is refused.
