JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 72 C2 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.10.2018. He further submits that in the instant case 150 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the dickey of the vehicle.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
