The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 432 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 8©, 20(b)(i) B of N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 4.340 Kg Ganja was seized. He further submits that from the possession of this petitioner, it is alleged that one country made pistol along with one live cartridge was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for approximately four months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds
