Vide order dated 13.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55081 of 2021 by this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directing them to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but they failed to furnish their bail bond within time due to wrong address of the petitioners mentioned as 'Village- Dasai, Police Station- Runni Saidpur' in place of "Village- Azamgarh, Police StationDumra as is mentioned in the FIR". In that view of the matter, order dated 13.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55081 of 2021 is modified to the extent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33425 of 2022(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 that the address of the petitioner nos.1 and 2 shall be read as "Village- Azamgarh, Police Station- Dumra" in place of Village- Dasai, Police Station- Runni Saidpur and the learned counsel for the petitioners is also directed to make necessary correction in Cr. Misc. No. 55081 of 2021. Further the petitioners shall surrender before the court below and furnish their bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Dumara P.S. Case No. 405 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned CJM, Sitamarhi and remaining parts of the said order shall remain intact. Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed.
