The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.160 of 2015 registered under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of the informant, who is General Secretary, Janjagran Shakti Sangathan, is that on 19.04.2015, he reached at the door of one Md. Quaisar, where the center for preparing the Aadhar Card was being run. On query made by him, Md. Arif, Md. Meraj Alam, Md. Musa and others told him that the petitioner being the Computer Operator is taking Rs.30/- from each for preparing the Aadhar Card.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46861 of 2015 (3) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is Computer Operator and was engaged in preparing the Aadhar Card, was asked by some villagers to prepare their Aadhar Card without any document showing their identification and when the petitioner refused to do the same, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.160 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
