JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2017 It has been reported by the court below that due to lingering attitude of the accused, seeking time for filing revision before the Hon'ble High Court and filing another discharge petition by another accused, the trial is not likely to be concluded within time frame as directed by this Court to the court below vide order dated 24.10.2016. Hence, the court below sought for a further period of three months time to dispose of the case taking into account the conduct of the accused persons. The court below is granted further six months time to conclude the trial from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 32/2016, pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Sheohar. It is expected that the accused persons will co-operate during the trial.
