1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 504, 506, 448 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that petitioner along with named accused persons came and fired several rounds and also assaulted his wife and granddaughter and took away Rs. 85,000/- in cash and ornaments and also threatened to kill.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is

No.27347 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 next submitted that though it is alleged that several rounds of firing was made but then no one was injured that amply demonstrates the falsity of the allegations, it is further submitted that allegation of taking away Rs. 85,000/- in cash and ornament is ornamental in nature, it is also submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties being neighbors.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 4 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
