The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 21.07.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in G.R. No. 414 of 2014 arising out from Pipra P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014 by which the learned Court below took cognizance for the offences under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The cognizance order is of 2014 amongst other under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

No case of interference is required.

However, as no one has appeared, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to raise all the points
