JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2017 This has come under the heading to be mentioned at the instance of petitioner for modification of order dated 11.1.2017 by which petitioner has been granted bail on submitting Bank Draft of Rs.50,000/- in the court below.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has already deposited the said amount of Bank Draft and he has been released on bail. However, it has been submitted that in this case petitioner was directed to deposit Bank Draft for Rs.50,000/- as there was allegation against the petitioner that he was an Agent of private Insurance Company and he had issued a bond with respect to the informant and the bond is going to be matured in the next year. No.49250 of 2016 (4) dt.28-06-2017 2/2 petitioner has been withdrawn by the informant but he has not deposited the bond, which may cause double benefit to the informant and after maturity he will claim the amount again, as such, learned counsel prays that a direction may be issued to the informant to deposit the bond before the court below. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner make such prayer before the court below, who will consider the same and after examining the informant he will pass an appropriate order considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the order dated 11.1.2017 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.
