The petitioner has been in custody since 10.01.2019 in connection with Sasaram (Mufasil) P.S. Case No. 173/2018 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner who is the father-inlaw of the deceased girl. It is further submitted that the motherin-law has since been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 22824 of 2019 vide order dated 11.04.2019. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstance and that the trial in the case is yet to commence, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing
