The petitioner is in custody in connection with K.M.P. (Kazi Mohammadpur) P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 356, 379, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.01.2019. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in snatching of mobile near LIC office.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22337 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, East, Muzaffarpur in connection with K.M.P. (Kazi Mohammadpur) P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019.
