The petitioner seeks bail in Parihar P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 07.08.2020 with liberty to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after completing one year and six months jail custody.

It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2019 and thus, completed more than two years. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
