JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 423 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
As per FIR petitioner has performed marriage with the informant at Delhi in a temple and he has developed physical relationship with her and thereafter he brought her to her Maike and left her there.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the factum of marriage is denied by the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated only to pressurise him to marry her.

No.23350 of 2019(7) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 In this case notice was earlier issued to opposite party No.2 and on her appearance the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre and report of Mediator at Flag 'K' disclosed that petitioner has appeared on all the dates but neither opposite party No.2 nor her Lawyer has appeared on the dates, as such mediation could not take place.

In view of above facts and circumstances, the application is allowed and the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 15.4.2019 is confirmed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U T
