The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider and publish the written as well as final result for the post of clerk cum Typist in District legal services Authority, Madhepura for which written test and interview held on 25.09.2011 and 04.06.2014 respectively."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities

Patna High Court CWJC No.17012 of 2015(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
