The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with CIS No. 1035 of 2018 arising out of Bandeya P.S. Case No. 34 of 2018 for the offences under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that he is small businessman and he has no concern with trade of liquor. The liquor in question was recovered from the Dalan of D.C. Paswan.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing
