The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband. It is submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife. The petitioner was married with the complainant about 17 years ago and the complainant got six children. After 17 years of her marriage, the petitioner filed this case making allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner.
Having considered the facts that the complainant got six children after being married about 17 years ago and thereafter this case has been filed, the above named petitioner, in the event
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38068 of 2014 (3) dt.19-05-2015 2/2 of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Niraj Kishore, Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in Complaint Case No.
1677/2012, corresponding to Tr. No. 3793/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
