In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. This Court vide order dated 08.03.2017 has granted provisional bail to the petitioner for a period of six weeks on account of treatment of his ailing wife at AIIMS, Delhi. After completion of temporary bail period, the petitioner has surrendered before the Court below.
There is direct allegation against the petitioner.
