Writ petition was decided in the presence of the petitioner's counsel Mrs. Anima Loisa Topno. Whereas the review petition has been filed by the another counsel and re-arguing the main matter insofar as condonation of delay for the period from 2015 to 2021. Delay/latches with reference to memorandum of appeal
Patna High Court C. REV. No.61 of 2022(4) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 stated to have been submitted on 03.03.2015 and it is already on record on the writ petition. It is an oral decision dated 28.01.2022. If the original petitioner counsel failed to apprise this Court, in such circumstances review petition cannot be entertained.
2. Accordingly, the present Civil Review No. 61 of 2022 stands dismissed with cost of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand). Cost shall be remitted in the Lawyers' Association Welfare Benevolent Fund, Patna bearing Account No. 7801893276, IFSC Code- IDIB000l501.
