The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 178 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 354, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation is regarding the petitioner and other accused persons having assaulted the informant and the petitioner is stated to have fired on the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case on account of the petitioner having resisted the informant from carrying illegal sand trade. It is further submitted that there is no

It is also stated that though the petitioner is accused in other two cases, however, he is on bail in the said cases. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.09.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 178 of 2018.
