2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C1-1389/2022 for the offence registered under sections 323, 504, 379, 498A of the IPC and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The allegation by the complainant is that she was married to this petitioner in the year 2021 but was always tortured for dowry and in the meantime, a child came in this world. The accused person tried to sprinkle oil on her but anyhow she came out and filed the complaint.

4. Earlier, the Co-ordinate Bench sent the matter to the Mediation Centre and as per the report dated 19.06.2025, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24004 of 2025(3) dt.01-09-2025 2/3 couple came to an amicable settlement and subsequently have moved ahead in their life.

5. It is expected that the petitioner shall be keeping his wife as also child in good humor and health and shall ensure that she does not suffer from any economic crisis.

6. Failure to do so, the lady shall be free to take recourse as available under the law/Act.

7. With the aforesaid observation, the anticipatory bail application stands allowed.

8. Let the petitioner in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C11389/2022 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

(i) one of the bailor should be the family members/relatives of the petitioner, who shall provide official document to show his bona fide;

(ii) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial court and failure to do so for two consecutive

(iii) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;

(iv) the petitioner shall desist from committing any criminal offence again failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds. (Rajiv Roy, J) Vijay Singh/- U T
