The petitioner seeks bail in Gurua P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014, instituted for the offences under Sections 147,148,149,323,325,504,307,302 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady. She has no concern with the alleged occurrence. There is no allegation of overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
