In the present case, the limited prayer has been made by the petitioner that his supply appeal vide appeal no. 648/2017-18 is pending against the order dated 26.8.2017 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Barh, Patna. The State has no objection in giving direction to the appellate authority to look into the matter and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from today.
