====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner husband is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 304-B, 201/34 of the Penal Code and named in the First Information Report along with his other family members. Other family members of the petitioner have been allowed the privilege of bail in the event of arrest under order no. 2 dated 31.07.2015, Annexure-4, perusal whereof indicates that while granting bail to the other family members thrust of accusation is alleged against the petitioner.

In the circumstances, let petitioner surrender in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Baniyapur P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48191 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 Case No. 307/2014 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail, which should be considered in accordance with law.

This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
