JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-01-2019 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 188 of 2018 dated 22.09.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that on the issue of driving motorcycle at a high speed on a private road, an occurrence took place in which the petitioners are stated to have assaulted the husband of the informant and others.

The accused person who has been alleged to have used a sword is not one of the petitioners here.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.351 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 Regard being had to the background facts and the nature of accusation which is general and omnibus against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vth, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 188 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
