This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Basantpur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2022 registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. Considering the fact that the recovery of illicit liquor is from the public place and the petitioner has clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23776 of 2022(2) dt.13-05-2022 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.1, Siwan, in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in the Basantpur Police Station, District- Siwan, on first Sunday of every month during the course of the pendency of the case.
