2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 538 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238(a), 302(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per FIR, the son of the informant, who is Erickshaw driver found missing and subsequently his mobile phone was also found switched off. Informant received information from police station on 27.09.2024 regarding dead body of her son.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2024.

5. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Pritam Kumar. As per the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23512 of 2025(4) dt.04-09-2025 2/2 confession of Pritam Kumar, it is Gyani who had shot at the deceased.

6. In the trial charge has been framed and no witness has been examined.

7. Considering the fact that one Pritam Kumar, who has confessed his guilt and has named the petitioner has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 538 of 2024.
