The learned Additional District and Sessions Judge5th, Nawada has sought further time to dispose of Sessions Trial No.401/16 / 687/16 arising out Akbarpur P.S. Case No.51/15 on the ground that the record was fixed for prosecution witnesses and the statements of the accused persons but the prosecution has filed a petition to examine other prosecution witnesses. Under the circumstance, further three months' time is granted to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge5th, Nawada, to dispose of the Sessions Trial No.401/16 / 687/16 arising out of Akbarpur P.S.Case No.51/15.
