SBD No. 04/2018-19 for the construction of Administrative Block, workshop, staff

Patna High Court CWJC No.6579 of 2022 dt.20-06-2022 2/3 Hostel, canteen Block, principal's Residence and vice Principal's residence with water supply and sanitary Installation work and Electrification work of Boy I.T.I. Building at Dumma Hirauta in the District -Sheohar in the year 2017-18.

The petitioner also prays for a direction to respondents for payment of 10% cut amounting to Rs. 16,69,22L / - in the advance paid to the petitioner due to non-extension of time of the aforesaid project. Learned counsel for the petitioner, states that similar petition being C.W.J.C. No. 5332 of 2022 titled as M/s Hitendra Kumar Mishra Vs. the State of Bihar & Ors. was disposed of by this Court vide judgment dated 07.05.2022, and the present petition may also be disposed of in the light of the said petition.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.

In view of the same, as mutually agreed, the instant petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 07.05.2022 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 5332 of 2022 titled as M/s Hitendra Kumar Mishra Vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.

Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall stand
