The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 203 of 2016 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this Hon 'ble court fixed a cut off date to resign for those persons who have been appointed as teacher on fake certificate. Petitioner has resigned from service on 10.11.2016. similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 06.07.2017 and 21.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 18121 of 2017 and 28802 of 2017 respectively. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.29478 of 2017(3) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 203 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
