The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 144, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 10, 13, 18, 20 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.
Allegation is that the accused persons misled the people of society on the call of Bihar Band.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 4.2.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Except for suspicion, there is no substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21974 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 petitioner in the present case. Secret information received by the informant has not been disclosed by the prosecution. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. case No.86 of 2018.
