2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gangta P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is said to have abducted the minor daughter of the informant.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she got married with the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2024.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21851 of 2025(3) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO Act) -cum- Additional Sessions JudgeVI, Munger/ concerned Court in connection with Gangta P.S. Case No. 36 of 2024.
