JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No.77 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 452, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that this petitioner and others assaulted the complainant and her son due to property dispute. Allegation against this petitioner is that he gave a spade blow on the knee of the informant's son.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint was lodged after lapse of month of the alleged occurrence, both sides are agnates, there is some property dispute and injury found on the person of the informant's son on the leg is

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S.
