2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered in connection with S.T. No. 153 of 2022 arising Tarapur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 506/34, 302 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act as well as Section 302 of the I.P.C.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased and the marriage was only one and half month old.

4. It has been fairly submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted and trial has commenced and one witness has been examined. As such, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State also vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. The prayer for bail stands rejected.

7. However, the learned trial court shall try to expedite the case without given unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
