The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 441 of 2022 dated 12.06.2022 lodged under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected earlier vide order dated 24.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56962 of 2022. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

From the record, it transpires that evidence of only one prosecution witness has taken place and other witnesses are yet to be examined.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case,
