2. The present petition has been filed for restoration of judgment dated 20.04.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 29950 of 2011.

3. A perusal of the said judgment shows that the same has been passed on merits in the absence of learned counsel for the petitioner who did not appear despite repeated calls.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds no ground for restoration of the judgment which has been passed on merits and has not been dismissed for non-prosecution as erroneously stated by the petitioner.
