JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in more than one case of similar nature, I am not inclined to interfere with the orders impugned, whereby his prayer for bail has been refused.

The petitioner has been declared to be a juvenile. From the report submitted by the Juvenile Justice Board, it appears that the enquiry under Section 14 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 is going to commence. Without interfering with the impugned orders, I dispose of the application with a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Begusarai to conclude the enquiry within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the enquiry is not concluded within the aforesaid period

of four months, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
