A modification application has been filed for modifying the order, dated 06.03.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12993 of 2019. He submits that the date of custody is not 27.07.2018 as the petitioner has been taken into custody since 28.07.2018 and remanded in the present case on 04.09.2018, but, in the bail application (Cr. Misc. No. 12993 of 2019) at paragraph 12 he had inadvertently stated the period of custody as 27.07.2018 and seeks modification of the said date. Considering the submission of the petitioner, the order, dated 06.03.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12993 of 2019, is modified to the extent that in paragraph 2 of the order the date of custody would be read as "petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24356 of 2019(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 28.07.2018 and remanded in the present case on 04.09.2018". The order, dated 06.03.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12993 of 2019, is modified to the extent as observed above. (Nilu Agrawal, J) Shamshad/- U T
