The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have attempted to commit robbery.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused who was apprehended on the spot. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate I Nawada with Govindpur Police Station Case No. 183 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
