Having regard to the fact that the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in relation to an offence under section 7 of the E.C.Act in connection of which he was already granted police bail, the present application definitely seems to be wholly misconceived.
The petitioner may surrender and thereafter the court below shall consider grant of regular bail to the petitioner as per law laid down by this Court.
With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
